Chat one-on-one with volunteers in this trade-show-style event and discover how you can support your local community.

They range from not-for-profit organisations focussed on worthy causes, art & culture organisations, service organisations that run lots of projects to support the community, environmental groups working to improve local parks and green spaces and supporting Predator Free 2050, through to emergency services, clubs and health and youth support groups.

Most people want to volunteer locally – near where they live – so our event features volunteering opportunities based in the Auckland East suburbs that are east of the southern motorway between Newmarket and the Tāmaki Estuary. In our 2022 Expo we focused on the suburbs of the Ōrākei Local Board area, and this year we are adding groups based in Tāmaki suburbs – Glen Innes, Panmure and Mt Wellington.
